With over 33 years in the professional services industry, and the understanding of a single mother who raised two sons alone, Paula has translated her life and work experience into a passionate career as a certified professional coach.

On the heels of more than three decades at PwC, and as a Managing Director in a high-pressure, high-demand work environment, she brings the distinct experience and qualities of a natural relationship leader and coach—as well as authenticity and a supportive presence—to the coaching world.

Paula’s approach to life and leadership coaching is one grounded in the extensive training she received through iPEC, a world-class professional coach training program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

With the knowledge and tools gleaned from this program, she has harnessed her own unique journey toward self-awareness, confidence and success to help others identify and overcome that which stands in the way of reaching their unlimited potential.

A true believer in the power of professional coaching, Paula has embraced the value of methodologies like Core Energy Coaching™, Energy Leadership™ and COR.E Transitions Dynamics™ to support clients in creating sustainable, long-term change in their careers and lives. She has been officially recognized by iPEC as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and a COR.E Transitions Dynamics™ Specialist, as well as credentialed by the ICF as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
