Melanie Davidson is a lifetime learner and heart-centered leader, currently the Chief Fun Officer at Melanie Davidson LLC and also serving as the Executive Director - Controller for Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford | Stanford Children’s Health. With over twenty years of experience, Melanie's secret sauce for leadership includes showing up as her authentic self, measuring laughter as a KPI, and recognizing the unique strengths of her team and aligning their roles to allow them to shine.

Melanie, a licensed CPA in Michigan and California, has a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Finance, and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan. She is also a PN2 Master Coach, certified health and wellness coach, certified personal trainer, lightworker, and reiki healer helping women leaders step into their power through authenticity, and helping women eradicate stress and fear to align their lives with their vision, values, and inner knowing to create a life beyond their wildest dreams. She is a single mother who can often be found hiking coastal trails with her two young children or engaging in big talk and creating lifelong connections with others.
